All floral products are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. While we make every effort to accurately represent our arrangements through photography and descriptions, natural products such as flowers may vary in colour, size, and appearance. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value where necessary, while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of your order.

Prices displayed on our website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed once we have confirmed your order and received full payment.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.

If there is an issue with your payment or if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within our designated service areas. At the time of placing your order, you may leave a delivery request (including your preferred date and any relevant notes). Please note that a specific delivery window cannot be confirmed at the point of order.

Following receipt of your payment, we will contact you directly via your provided contact details to confirm the exact delivery date and time window. Delivery is only considered agreed once this confirmation has been communicated to you.

While we make every effort to deliver within the confirmed window, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as traffic, adverse weather, or supplier delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate a significant delay.

If no one is available to receive a delivery, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible, and will leave a notification card. We cannot accept liability for deterioration of perishable goods if a re-delivery is required due to failed delivery attempts.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

As floral products are perishable and often made to order, your right to cancel is limited. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly (including fresh flowers) or to goods made to your specification.

As a goodwill gesture, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your agreed delivery date and time. If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched within that window, we will accommodate your cancellation and issue a full refund. Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the agreed delivery cannot be guaranteed, as preparation is likely already underway.

If your flowers arrive damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate to the circumstances.
