We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value where necessary, while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of your order.
Prices displayed on our website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed once we have confirmed your order and received full payment.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.
If there is an issue with your payment or if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.
5. Delivery

If no one is available to receive a delivery, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible, and will leave a notification card. We cannot accept liability for deterioration of perishable goods if a re-delivery is required due to failed delivery attempts.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
As floral products are perishable and often made to order, your right to cancel is limited. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly (including fresh flowers) or to goods made to your specification.
As a goodwill gesture, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your agreed delivery date and time. If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched within that window, we will accommodate your cancellation and issue a full refund. Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the agreed delivery cannot be guaranteed, as preparation is likely already underway.
If your flowers arrive damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate to the circumstances.
